Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This policy explains what information JRP Labs LLC ("JRP Labs", "we", "us") collects when you visit jrplabs.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are located in Johnston, RI 02919, United States.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us or become a client we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and the content and account details needed to do the work.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly; we receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the billing name and address. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website logs. This site is served by Cloudflare, which records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
- Cookies. jrplabs.com does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you buy.
- To invoice you and process payments through Stripe.
- To provide support and care-plan services after launch.
- To keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations such as tax records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to do the work, and only the data they need: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Workspace or Gmail (email), and the platforms a project is built on, such as Shopify, GoHighLevel, Railway, or Twilio, when they are part of your project. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Client project data
While building or maintaining your site or application we may handle your customers' data on your behalf, for example contact form submissions or customer accounts. That data belongs to you. We access it only to do the work, keep it confidential, and never reuse it or share it with other clients. Credentials are stored in a password manager and never shared across businesses.
How long we keep it
Email and project records are kept for as long as you are a client and for up to 7 years afterwards for tax and legal purposes. Website logs held by Cloudflare are retained according to Cloudflare's own policies. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email josh@jrplabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws such as California have the rights described in those laws; we honour them for everyone.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Our own accounts use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
Children
Our services are for businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always at jrplabs.com/privacy.
